1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Pakistan, and internationally to other countries. Wherever you are, AL-NAADEE ensures your favorite fragrances reach you.

2. Processing Time

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For custom or pre-order items, processing may take 2-4 business days.
Dispatch Notification: After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Delivery Timelines

United Arab Emirates (UAE):
Dubai: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Other Emirates: Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Pakistan:
Karachi: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Other Cities: Delivery within 3-4 business days.

Other Countries:
Delivery within 4-10 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, customs processes, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

UAE:
Free shipping on orders above AED [250].
A flat fee of AED [15] applies to orders below the threshold.

Pakistan:
Free delivery all over the Pakistan.

Other Countries:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and will be provided at checkout.
Payment for international shipping must be made in advance.
